WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SIGN UP
This isn't a quick fix or healing tips and tricks.
This is a year-long journey of releasing, unlearning, rewilding and becoming so unapologetically you, that a year from now you'll look back and say who the f*ck was she?
Months 1-2:
Releasing inherited and childhood beliefs around grounding, stability and security. You'll learn how frequency plays into your internal & external reality on a deeper level. This is where you become so aware of the victim triangle and your perception of reality, your mind feels blown, and you can't help but notice it everywhere you go.
Months 3-4
Uncovering motivations, influences and choices based on conditioning. This is where you begin to build a new sense of emotional balance, inner trust and understanding of your own beliefs and wants. You begin to experience how good life can be and want to experience more of it.
Months 5-6
Rewiring beliefs around self-esteem, self-confidence and personal power. This is where you begin to really build momentum and courage to take action on your new beliefs and dreams. Setting new boundaries that support your new version of self come into play, and you'll feel excited to explore your deep inner truth and desires.
Months 7-8
Beliefs around love/unworthiness, compassion/rejection, and forgiveness/resentment are tapped into and rewired. This is when you take notice of your relationships and relationship patterns, what's serving you and where you're ready to expand your capacity. You'll take notice of your need to perform or overgive, how this plays into your identity and sense of self. You get to decide who you'll be moving forward.
Months 9-10
Activating your truth through self-expression, creativity and communication. This is where you really hone in on the power of choice. You'll notice by this time in your journey that your intuitive gifts have started to open up the deeper you tune into your true self.
Months 11-12
Tuning into your emotional intelligence, releasing limiting beliefs around intuition, spirituality, or connecting with your inner wisdom. This is where we really focus on the "spiritual body" and any energy that no longer serves your emotional intelligence and expanded consciousness. You get to explore what spirituality really is to you, and what it looks like for you moving forward.
When does money energetics come into play?
Money energetics and your relationship to money can play into your beliefs around "security" as well as your conditioning. So don't stress that it isn't a "topic." If it's something you need to work on, it will come up.
Not only that, I like to call my sessions Spirit-led, because we always tap in on what's "most optimal" or "of the Greatest and Highest Good" to work on that day. Meaning, if there's something pressing/in the moment, we'll go there. If we need to focus on something for longer and another for shorter, we'll go off-roading.
Session layouts aren't set in stone; they're custom to you, your journey and your needs.

After you join, you'll receive a link to book your first session.
You'll have 12 months to complete your 12 sessions.
What if life gets a little crazy or scheduling doesn't line up one month?
You have two options: opt for a distance session, or book two sessions in the same month.
What if I want extra sessions?
You'll receive a special link for booking additional sessions outside of your contract if you feel you need it for extra support or life throws you a curveball.
